You may have had some success in the past, but finding that life tends to get in the way, so you may need a bit more structured guidance and a plan to get organized. You’re not interested in following a diet; you want a sustainable lifestyle.
Think of me as a supportive, but organized cheerleader to help you develop a practical strategy with weekly action steps. This will help you maintain the healthy lifestyle you are ready to prioritize.
My practice areas include: weight management, metabolism, diabetes, heart health, digestive health, mindful eating and fitness.

Fun fact: I love coming up with short cuts to save time in the kitchen and have healthy meals “ready to go!” I live in the mountains of Colorado, so I maximize my food efficiency to cut down on grocery store trips. I love teaching food prep and preservation so you always have quick, healthy meals at your fingertips (which is a lifesaver on those hectic days!). My other hobbies include beekeeping; gardening and making art.
Insurance info: I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, Medicare (covers diabetes only), Oscar and United Health Care. I can provide detailed receipts for other insurance. No insurance? No problems, I also have self pay options available. Book a single session or save money by purchasing a package.
